Hit the ground running in this Commercial Lender position! My client is a growing community bank with decades of business success! My client has a strategic vision for market expansion and is looking for a seasoned commercial lender to fulfill its goals. Get in on the ground floor of this dynamic growing bank through an exciting Senior Commercial Lender opportunity.  This #2 position in this established commercial loan department will help manage and oversee a growing lending team.  Located in a rapidly expanding part of Southeastern Wisconsin, this financial role works with companies with sales up to $30 million, generating deals that average between $100k = $10 million!  With loan growth between 15-20% annually, my client is poised for a dynamic future using an individual approach that features little bureaucracy, lots of flexibility with clients, and an expanding client base!

Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree and between 7-10 years of commercial lending experience required.  MBA is a plus.  Must have prior leadership and the ability to generate over $10 mm a year in new commercial loans.
