Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor (Private Duty)
Location: Southeastern Michigan and/or Greater Lansing
Schedule: Full time day shift with some nights and weekends required

Description: HealthCall Home Care is looking to hire a self-motivated, energetic, qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor with strong clinical and supervisory skills to oversee nursing personnel who deliver in-home nursing care and, within scope of practice, coordinate care delivery, which will ensure that patients' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physicians' orders, company policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local guidelines.  All RNs who have at least 3 years of nursing experience, 1-2 years of home care experience, and the minimum requirements listed below are encouraged to apply.  Previous ventilator, trach, and G-Tube care experience is a plus.
Minimum Requirements/Skills:

• Current, unencumbered State of Michigan license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience
• Must have 1-2 years of home health care experience
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills
• Must have light computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
• Valid driver's license
• Current CPR Certification
• Copy of updated TB results/chest x-ray
• Must be able to work day shift with some nights/weekends required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation

Location: Southeastern Michigan
Schedule: Evening and overnight shifts are available seven days per week, full time or part time

Description: HealthCall Home Care is seeking qualified RNs and LPNs for pediatric home care cases in Southeastern Michigan.  All RNs and LPNs who have at least 1 year of pediatric care experience and 1 year of general health care experience are encouraged to apply.  Previous ventilator, trach, and G-Tube care experience is a plus.  HealthCall RNs and LPNs work in our clients' homes providing direct patient care; they work with physicians to develop and manage nursing care plans and help individuals and their families to take steps to improve and maintain health.  HealthCall RNs and LPNs are responsible for following physician established plans of treatment under the direction of HealthCall's Director of Nursing. 
Minimum Requirements/Skills:

• Current, unencumbered State of Michigan license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), as applicable
• Minimum of 1 years pediatric nursing experience and 1 year general health care experience

Position: Certified Nurse's Assistant (CNA) (Private Duty)
Location: Harrison Township
Schedule: Evening shifts are available on a part-time basis

Description: HealthCall Home Care is seeking qualified CNAs for adult home care cases in Harrison Township.  Tasks to be performed by a CNA are assigned by and performed under the direct supervision of a registered nurse (RN) and in compliance with a plan of care.  Duties may include but are not limited to: helping the client to maintain good personal hygiene; assisting in maintaining a healthful, safe environment; planning and preparing nutritious meals; assisting and demonstrating proper body mechanics when ambulating and transferring clients; assisting with certain treatments as ordered by the physician and supervised by the RN; assisting with ADL’s; and accurately assessing the client’s temperature, pulse, and respiration count.

Minimum Requirements/Skills:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read and write legibly, consistent with job requirements.
• Completed a basic aide training program consistent with Michigan State and Federal requirements and for which a certificate was obtained
• Has a minimum of one year experience as a nurse’s aide in a hospital, medical facility, or home health care environment
• Has the emotional and mental maturity necessary for establishing and maintaining a good work relationship with the client, client’s family, and HealthCall personnel
• Home care or nursing home experience preferred
• Current CPR Certification
• Copy of updated TB results/chest x-ray
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) (Medicare)
Location: Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb Counties
Description: HealthCall's Medicare Division is seeking qualified, professional RNs with excellent assessment skills and knowledge of Medicare guidelines.  Positions are available in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb Counties.  All RNs who have at least 2 years nursing experience, including 1 year Medicare experience are encouraged to apply.  Our RNs work in our clients' homes providing direct patient care; they work with physicians to develop individualized plans of care.  We promote our patients' well being through a team approach.  Under the direction of our Director of Nursing, each RN is responsible for delivering the highest degree of clinical excellence to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
