Receptionist

Mather LifeWays, a not-for-profit organization, is currently seeking a Receptionist in Evanston.  Mather LifeWays is the winner of the 2007 American Association of Homes and Services’ Excellence in Workplace Award and 2007 Health at Work Silver Award.  We enhance the lives of older adults by creating Ways to Age Well primarily through our senior living residences and community service programs.

The Receptionist will provide a welcoming environment for visitors and callers and administrative support for the Human Resources team including recordkeeping, ordering/restocking supplies and materials; prepare general correspondence; effective interpersonal communication style, able to multi-task in a busy office and MS Office skills needed; human resources experience preferred.
