Engineering Manager, Electronic Systems

Engineering Manager, Electronic Systems. Located in Central, Florida this well-established leader of electronic, aerospace/defense communication systems and control systems for advanced positioning systems needs an experienced Engineering Manager. Candidate will be responsible for:

·        Leadership of an experienced electronic systems design and test engineering team.

·        Manage the engineering process of medium to large-scale electronics or electro-mechanical systems and subsystems design, test and development.

·        Organize and direct personnel to effectively complete assigned engineering tasks, projects, designs, research, proposals, customer contact, etc.

• Provide line management, administrative and technical leadership of all engineering functions. Manage cost and schedules
• Responsible for preparing and executing all engineering budgets, schedules, bids, proposals, capital equipment and facilities requirements.
• Experience supporting new business development.
• DoD Industry experience.

EXPERIENCE:  BSEE or MSEE

·        Leadership and interpersonal skills to excel in a team environment and as a team leader, in a fast-paced and complex environment.

·        Senior engineer or Engineering Manager on medium to large-scale electronics or electro-mechanical systems and subsystems design, test and development.

·        DoD Industry experience.
