Description RecoverCare LLC a leading medical distribution company operating nationwide currently has an excellent opportunity available in our corporate office in Louisville, KY for a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to both the CEO and COO.

You must be able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment as you will be providing a wide range of administrative and technical support for Senior Executives.

You must be able to work independently, be highly motivated, a self-starter, be extremely accurate, be quality focused, and be able to handle multiple deadline pressures.
Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative assistance to the CEO and COO

Create and prepare PowerPoint presentations

Create and format proposals

Create Management reports

Database management

Create and prepare emails, letters, and maintain status spreadsheets

Expense reimbursement coordination.

Set-up, prepare/distribute material for events/meetings.

Maintain brochures, database maintenance, travel coordination, and other responsibilities as role develops.

Manage access to CEO and COO, maintain their respective calendars, coordinate with the CEO's senior executive assistant located at the Company's Los Angeles, CA  office and on ocassion perform personal tasks on the behalf of the CEO and/or COO


High School degree, minimum, college classes or degree highly preferred

3+ years prior administrative work experience in a professional environment as an Executive Assistant

Hands-on advanced technical expertise in MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of computer systems, i.e. Windows, Lotus Notes, databases

Highly organized, accurate, flexible, and dependable

Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a highly professional presence and ability to interact on behalf of the CEO with private and public VIP's

Capacity to function in high stress situations attributable to tight deadlines and client needs

Self-starter, able to seek out work

Willingness and ability to work overtime (when necessary) and be available by phone 24/7 to the CEO, the CEO's Los Angeles based executive assistant and the COO to handle emergency tasks, however, preferred work hours are 8am to 5pm.  Very limited traveling, possibly related to training.
