Description

Contract Language Instructors sought to teach ENGLISH and other languages (including FRENCH, GERMAN, ITALIAN, CHINESE, JAPANESE, and ARABIC) for freelance teaching assignments in our private language centers and on-site locations. Our modern, state-of-the-art facilities are conveniently located throughout South Florida (with locations in Boca Raton, Weston, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura, Coral Gables, Brickell Avenue-Downtown Miami, Doral, and Key Biscayne). Flexible schedules and comprehensive training and professional development opportunities are provided. All independent contractor instructor positions include opportunities for advancement and merit-based bonuses. To apply for this position, please e-mail your resume as an attachment. Please note that we are not seeking new Spanish or Portuguese instructors at this time.

 

Special recruitment: We are currently conducting a special recruitment drive for well-qualified instructors to teach English in and around our Aventura, Brickell and Doral Centers (for immediate assignment). If you are an enthusiastic English instructor and you wish to teach in and around our Aventura, Brickell and/or Doral Centers, please be sure to apply today (please mention in your cover letter or resume that you wish to teach English in Aventura, Brickell and/or Doral). We are especially looking for English instructors with availability to teach morning and afternoon weekday classes.

Requirements

(1) All applicants must be native speakers of the language(s) taught. Completely native accent and pronunciation are required for approval to teach. (2) All applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or higher (in any field). Applicants who have not yet been awarded a bachelor's degree from a fully accredited college or university will not be considered. Instructors who start with a master's degree (or higher) will receive a somewhat higher starting pay rate than bachelor's level instructors. (3) All applicants must have intermediate proficiency (or higher) in spoken and written English. (4) All applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
