We are seeking 7-9 dynamic individuals to fill positions in customer service, advertising, sales and marketing representatives, and entry level management for our Nashville location.
We are a promotional advertising firm with a track record of success. We do in-store promotions for satellite entertainment clients. So, we are of course looking for individuals who feel comfortable working on a face to face basis, in a retail setting.
With our firm policy of only promoting 100% from within, we have found that to be a more efficient way of developing effective managers for the future. This is great for the candidate because you are given the opportunity to thrive based upon what you put in.
Requirements
These entry level sales positions are ideal for recent graduates or those looking to jump start a new career. The 'right individual' must possess excellent people skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to think on their feet in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:
High School degree or equivalent (College degree a plus)
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Some supervisory responsibilities a definite plus
Self Motivated
Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly desirable
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
