Description We are a home and school-based consulting group in need of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Assistants to provide in-home consulting services to children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities in Kansas City and also in Denver. BCBA’s will maintain a caseload but will also supervise BCaBA's and new employees while they work toward full certification. Pay commensurate with experience and certification, with a starting range of $40k to $60k, plus gas and phone reimbursement. Clientele is private pay, state funding and early childhood. Lots of upward growth potential.

Requirements Board Certification, either BCBA or BCaBA. Must have experience with children and families of children with developmental disabilities. Must be able to work independently and must possess excellent written and communication skills. Finally, you must prefer a flexible schedule, per the needs of the people we support.
