Finance Director

Description A residential treatment center for teens located in a suburb of Salt Lake City, Utah, Youth Care Inc. is a companion program to Pine Ridge Academy. Youth Care Inc provides individualized care in a family oriented environment. We work with kids between the ages of 11-18. Youth Care Inc. provides a therapeutic environment for both mental health and chemical dependency diagnosis.

Currently, we are looking for a Director of Finance to oversee our Finance Department. Some of the key duties and responsibilities include:

1. Gathers documentation or receipt  to accompany all checks written from Imprest Accounts

2. Balances Imprest Account to insure that there is money in the accounts to cover all expenditures.

3. Requests on a weekly balance Imprest Account money from corporate office.

4. Records yearly budget into computer systems.

5. Provides Weekly Budget Variance Reports every Monday to Executive Director and department heads.

6. Codes accounts payable invoices and submits them to corporate office on a weekly basis.

7. Meets with parents during parent weekend providing current financial information to them.

Interacts with the public and represent Youth Care and Pine Ridge in a professional manner.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business

Physical and emotional ability to work with adolescents and parents in stressful and emergency situations
