Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager reports to the Al Copeland Investments Restaurant Division Director of Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage multi-unit local marketing activities, budgets, strategies, and private dining room sales initiative
- Assess multi-unit marketing needs
- Demographic and Trade area studies
- Assist store managers with implementation of local marketing plan
- Serve as a corporate liaison for local marketing and private dining room sales to franchisees
- Facilitate training and Create training manuals for local store marketing manager in each market:
- Sales Building
- Private Dining Room Sales
- Catering Sales
-Building, Maintaining, and Following Up with Client Database
-Business to Business Relationships
-Cold Calling
-Email Database Marketing
- Company Wide Database Compilation and Marketing
- Revision and Maintenance of Local Marketing Manual and PDR Manual
- Building National Level Marketing Programs
- Public Relations for New Openings and other events
- Marketing Communications and Support with Franchise Owners
- Manages Guest Care Specialist and maintains training and reporting
- Maintains a company-wide proactive approach to Guest Care
- Social Media
