Call Center Representative Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, well-spoken individuals to work in our call center as both lead generators and marketing associates. 

Responsibilities of Call Center Representatives Include 
    

• Lead Generators will be responsible for contacting individuals and offering them an opportunity to win a $50,000 home makeover awarded by DirectBuy.
• Marketing Associates will be responsible for contacting persons who have responded to our advertising, or lead generation efforts and create a professional relationship through building rapport, creating excitement for our concept, confirming personal information, and securing an appointment for an open house at DirectBuy. At the Open House the guests learn about the unprecedented opportunity families have to save through DirectBuy.

• Must have previous call center experience, preferrably outbound.
• Motivated with a strong desire to surpass goals.
• Good public relations skills and excellent telephone voice.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Computer experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work weekday afternoons and evenings and Staurday mornings.
