Description
· Comply with site SHE Procedures, cGMPs and Standard Operating Procedures
· Perform specified facility duties and project work such as:
changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, inspecting eyewash stations, safety showers and fire extinguishers, operate scissor lift, install/remove bulletin boards or shelving, replace sensors, repair clocks, manage paging system and radio, change water filters, minor door repairs, office partition activities, etc.
· Install bath room accessories (soap, hand-cream and toiletry dispensers)
· Support site snow removal and grounds contracts and perform site winterization activities
· Operate company vehicles for delivering/transporting miscellaneous supplies
· Move office furniture and set up meetings rooms as directed
· Assist with setup and preparation for major site events, tours, and audits
· Provide Conference Room management for site conference room facilities
· Operate custodial equipment and properly use cleaning chemicals and supplies
· Special projects as assigned
· Perform minor repairs on custodial equipment
· Provide back-up support to Site Services Custodians (Production and Plant)
· Serve as area lead when necessary
· Assist in developing and maintaining training documentation of personnel to assure that all SOPs and GMP standards are met.
· Perform minor repairs and cleaning of equipment.
· Maintain linen inventory, locker issuance and associated databases.
· Oversee and evaluate the work of outside contractors and determine and/or verify that all work has been performed as per written specifications.
· Utilize the work order system as required to initiate and document facility repair

Requirements
Demonstrated analytical/troubleshooting skills and safe work habits
Demonstrated ability to handle routine tasks independently.
Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of GLP
2-3 Years experience in Pharmaceutical, R&D or Life Sciences Environment
High school diploma and 2-3 years experience in minor facility repair and replacement activities
Must be team and customer oriented.
