Description TemPositions in currently accepting applications for Help Desk Associates for one of our clients located in the Shelton area. Ideal candidate must possess atleast 1 year of experience working in the Help Desk arena i.e. Network, Systems Hardware, Operating Systems, and New Technology. Minimum requirements include DOS, Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, XP, Apple Mac, and Internet communications knowledge. Hands on experience is a must, as well as prior call center experience.
