Network Provisioner

Job Description:

• Perform OCO (Order Control Office) function in support of Client Network Provisioning which will require a detail oriented person to operate in a Quality Control function and must be able to map/test/troubleshoot DS1s and above.

• Individual will be responsible to perform various work functions in support of Network Provisioning team which will involve all aspects of the provisioning process including the turn up of service and one needs to possess a working knowledge of telecommunication networks and their supporting systems.

• Services will range from DS0 to OC192 and responsibilities will include managing the order process which encompasses order tracking, validating engineering, documenting and publishing daily reports.

• Strong project management is required coordinating internal and external interfaces to complete the test and turn-up of services.

• Candidate will facilitate conference calls to identify and resolve issues.

• In a SPOC and SME role this individual will be required to partner with customers and various internal/external organizations to ensure deliverables are met and must be willing to work flexible hours to support the Central and West Coast markets.
