Wilbert Plastic Services is a leading multi-plant manufacturer with an upcoming opportunity for a Corporate Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Belmont, North Carolina.   We take great pride in our heritage and the outstanding reputation within the industries we serve.  Our reputation is due to our employees and their dedication to the company.

 

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will work closely with entire executive team as well as support the Human Resource Managers at all manufacturing sites.

 

Strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing organization is essential.

 

Responsibilities include:

·       Manage the administration of health, welfare, retirement/401(k) plans and other benefits.  Liaison with manufacturing sites.

·       Ensure administrative compliance with numerous federal and regulatory requirements relative to employee benefit plans.

·       Participate in strategy planning, design, implementation and communication of employee benefit plans.

·       Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, internal and external clients to ensure efficient plan administration.

·       Manage ADP Enterprise system; act as a project team lead.  Manage standardizations and make recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy of information.

·       Manage personnel/payroll information and provide reports as needed

·       Process Corporate payroll using ADP

·       Act as a “Change Agent" while standardizing HR processes and procedures

·       Manage daily HR activities for the local site

·       Other projects and HR functions as needed

Requirements Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • 5-7 years related experience, preferably within a manufacturing organization.
  • Computer proficiency required
  • High degreee of confidentiality is essential
  • MUST have experience using ADP Payroll and/or ADP Enterprise
  • MUST have experience administering a Self Insured Medical Plans and other employee benefits plans required
  • MUST have experience administering Retirement/401(k) plans required
  • PHR or SPHR preferred
