Description Director of Quality Management

My client, a well-established growing hospital system, is looking to bring on a Director Quality to oversee that program for one of their facilites. This Director oversees all Joint Commission continued readiness and directs Performance Improvement initiatives of the hospital and medical staff. Directs core measures process improvements and conducts failure mode effect critical analysis. This Director will follow the mission and vision of the organization, and endorse policies, along with maintaining high-quality effectiveness with patients and administration. This Director will collaborate with risk management to identify risks and develop action plans. My client offers an outstanding compensation, along with the ability to grow within the organization.

Requirements

BA, BS Degree, prefer a BSN.

2+ years in a leadeship role in a hospital Quality department.

Ability to multi-task and follow all JACHO standards.

Special skills to promote productive thinking to the team.
