Description With consistent same-store sales growth, and a new location every couple days, Aaron's is one of the fastest growing companies in the Retail / Restaurant industry! (AAN on the NYSE) Due to this growth, we need aggressive proven winners who can develop into store managers quickly!

We just opened our new stores in the University Area and Pineville and Huntersville, so we need quality people for our Charlotte-Area stores.

Requirements Successful Managers with us typically have a proven history of success in whatever they've done, whether professional, educational, or in things like sports. They also have the ability to create relationships anyone, and ability to make sound business decisions that directly effect the P&L. We do require at least two years of management experience, and/or two years of college. Any experience in the Retail, Restaurant, or Sales-related settings will be a plus. Bilingual is also a huge plus!
