Job Responsibilities:

·         Complet Loop Testing Checksheets

·         Complet Functional Acceptance Testing Checksheets

·         Complete Sequences of Operation Redlines to reflect As-Commissioned status.

·         Complete Electrical Drawing Redlines to reflect As-Commissioned status.

·         Daily Field Report of progress/issues.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

·         Prepare/Download Siemens S7 series PLC processors

·         Establish communications with SCADA all I/O, including Profibus enabled Motor Control Centers.

·         Execute and document loop testing for all field wiring.

·         Execute and document Functional Acceptance Test of system.

·         Maintain Master redline copies of Sequences of Operation.

·         Maintain Master redline copies of Electrical Drawings.
