Description
The Property Asset Specialist is required to negotiate lease renewals, settlements, terminations and right of ways. Resolve landloard, tenant and franchisee property issues. Analyze, research, and document property to ensure authority and accountability legitimacy.
Prepare Company and leased Portfolio reports
Prepare Quarterly Property Management Summary Update for distribution.
Complete all periodic reports.
Manage and complete the documents necessary for various real estate transfers, lease assignments, and other similar real estate requirements.
Monitor real estate tax and lease payments and receivables
Manage disposition of company surplus assets
Maintain communication with Finance
Maintain Quarterly financial updates
Communicate rent increases to Finance
Complete and circulate approval forms for various real estate transactions
Update Real Estate database

Requirements
Five (5) to eight (8) years experience preferred.
Must have excellent oral and written skills.
Must have the ability to interface and maintain excellent professional relationships with a variety of audiences to include franchise partners, real estate brokers, legal resources and various internal support functions.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) as well as Outlook.
