Description

Daily:
*Develop, track and analyze metrics to yield insights that help us better attract, engage, retain and monetize customers who play games on our platforms
*Develop, manage and publish a calendar of recurring weekly, monthly and annual scorecards and reports
*Analyze merchandising and make recommendations for optimization of the ecommerce experience
*Identify and analyze data conflicts between source systems and data warehouse systems and reconcile conflicting or ambiguous information
*Map data between source and target systems, create and maintain documentation of business rules and conversion logic involving data transformations across multiple systems
*Work with dev, test and site production teams to ensure accurate data integration implementation and to improve data quality.

 

Requirements

Must Haves:
Gaming industry experience is an absolute must! (XBOX, Zune, Nintendo, etc.)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-6 years experience in data analysis and reporting
Microsoft query and analysis tools and databases including proficiency in T-SQL
Experience managing design, development, and improvement of reports and scorecards through Excel/OLAP pivot tables
Superior quantitative, analytic, logical reasoning skills. Working familiarity with statistics and statistical concepts
Strong creative problem solving, analytical and project management skills
