Compensation:

Base + Bonus

The candidates selection process will be based upon a number of criteria to help ensure success in a very short time.  This is an opportunity to make a six figure income in the first year with the ability to expand into other territories if so desired.

Requirements
  • Desire to own and run your own territory, entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Management and/or HR and Business Development experience necessary.

  • Ability to Develop Accounts by strategizing with all levels of management within client base.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of company expansion plans as well as able to meet business challenges through developing solutions.

  • Passionate about setting the bar high and striving to be "World Class".

  • Demonstrated ability and drive to deliver high value solutions and negotiate complex contract arrangements.

  • Strong cultivator of business initiatives and partering in managing marketing tools to improve measurable return on investment.

  • Highly skilled in building influential relationships and delivering in cross functional environment.

  • Strengths in managing and coaching on-site personnel at clients in territory with focus on mentorship and helping on sites achieve professional growth.

  • Excellent oral and written communications and comfort in presenting solutions to C level players.
