Wholesale Account Executive/ Mortgage/ Sales

We are a mortgage banker currently serving mortgage brokers nationwide with a variety of Conventional loan programs including Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA product types.  Our mortgage banking professionals are fully supported with the latest technology, extensive training and competitive loan programs.

 

 

DESCRIPTION:

 

Account Executives will sign up new brokers with PMC Bancorp.  Develop and maintain broker relationships through superb customer service and monthly sales calls.

 

FUNCTIONS:

 

We are looking for experienced and motivated Account Executives who have a proven track record of high volume sales and pull-through.

  • Maintain an approved broker list of 40-75 accounts
  • Conduct quality sales calls with prospective and existing clients
  • Work together with your Account Manager to maintain an active pipeline
  • Must fund a minimum of 2 million after 90 days of business
  • Maintain a pull-through of at least 50%
  • Work with management to set and achieve monthly goals
Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Must have a previous knowledge of the real estate industry
  • Previous wholesale experience
  • Knowledge of the area
  • Ability to make sales calls weekly
  • Must be highly motivated and determined to succeed

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

 

As a Wholesale Account executive your pay will be based off your volume. 

  • Aggressive compensation plan
  • Up to a $500.00 monthly expense account
  • Bonus every 6 months to those who qualify with high pull-through %
