Bloomington Hospital is a 355-bed, Joint Commission accredited, acute care, teaching facility serving as the regional referral center in southern Indiana. Residents can receive expert care without the inconvenience of long commutes or stress of navigating big cities.
Home Care and Hospice conducts over 45,000 home health visits per year, is the only Home Health and Hospice facility in the area accredited by the Joint Commission, and offers a full range of services that ensures smooth transitions.

Requirements
Position Information
The Director will be responsible for the oversight of the hospice and home health departments with 98 FTEs and 8 direct reports. This department serves more than 200 patients in a 9 county region.
Qualified candidates will be bachelor’s prepared professionals who have home health and hospice leadership experience, strong relationship building skills and an enthusiastic approach to their work. Master’s preferred.
Ideally, candidates will have proven ability to grow this service line, the ability to increase accountability and clinical strength within the department and to mentor and develop the employees.
