Description My client is a diversified global oilfield services company and they are looking for an experienced Operations Manager.

They are continuing to grow despite current market conditions, a testament to their strong industry relations and cost control structure.

Requirements

Ability to identify geographical applications for the RSS tool.
Coordinate RSS jobs.
Interface with clients in the marketing of the RSS tool.
Interface with R&D on technical improvements.
Responsible for implementing cost controls for and financial results of RSS tool use.
Responsible to RSS training program and build team of well-qualified personnel.
Provide daily reports to management and customers.

Prefer 3 to 5 years experience as an Operations Manager with budgeting experience, and employee training and development experience.

MUST have RSS experience in some aspect(s) from prototype to commercialization.
BS or higher in Engineering preferred.
