Treasury Manager / Cash Manager

We have been engaged by one of the premiere banking institutions in Las Vegas to help locate a SVP Treasury Management Sales Officer.

 

This position is for a SVP Treasury Management Sales Specialist focusing on developing service relationships with commercial clients. You will be responsible for developing individual new business and servicing existing clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sell treasury management products and services to corporate/middle market customers and prospects. And assist team members in their sales efforts
  • Work closely with commercial lenders, business banker, and other bank personnel in order to develop new treasury management business
  • Devise and execute plans to achieve individual and teams sales goals
  • Develop cross-selling opportunities
  • Help prepare and deliver complete sales presentations
  • Assists Commercial and Retail Account Officers in understanding Treasury Management products and processes
  • Provide data from the market on strengths and weaknesses of existing services and new product needs not currently met yet
  • Keep an awareness of trends and new developments in the field of treasury management
Requirements
  •  Minimum 7 years experience (Cash/Treasury Management or Commercial Lending)
  • Experience with Companies whose revenues exceed $100mm
  • Management experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • CTP Strongly Preferred
