Description Commercial Plumber

Job Description

This assignment consists of various commercial & Residential construction.

Candidate will be measuring, marking, cutting, threading, bending and assembling pipes; using hand and power tools or machines as needed. Some work will require hanging pipes from ceiling using steel supports; installing plumbing systems and components; installing sanitary and water piping systems; extending piping to connect existing plumbing to new systems; working around existing plumbing; performing calculations; and minor welding. Must be experience in the commercial and residential plumbing field

You will assemble, install and repair pipes, fittings and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems according to the specifications in support of construction and maintenance activities.

Requirements

This position requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years verifiable journeyman level experience with a background in residential and commercial work.
