General Statement of Responsibilities:
Responsible for the supervision and coordination of all clinical programming. Supervises all direct care staff and administers all related clinical process functions. Performs liaison functions with referring agents and is responsible for quality management of clinical functions. He or she will perform all related duties in collaboration with Regional Director’s focus on productivity and viability of the region.

Requirements
Educational Requirements/Qualifications:
Professional Licensure with a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Human Services or a PhD.
Other Skills:
Effective Communication (both oral & written), ability to plan, organize, and direct clinical programs & activities, training, coordinating, and evaluating the work, direct care and support staff.
