Job Description – Business Development Manager
Join the Rocky Mountain Region’s most trusted and fastest growing Restoration and Reconstruction firm and a “Colorado’s Best Companies to Work For" company two years in a row. Blu SKY Restoration is searching for a Business Development professional to add to our team in Northern Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of Business to Business selling experience and will be responsible for calling on our targeted channels of business.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Business Development:
o Create new business relationships and partnerships targeting Blu SKY business channels including but not limited to insurance associations, real estate management associations, insurance adjusters, insurance agents, and fire departments
o Assist in maintaining company’s relationships in same business channels
o Support sales/estimating with follow-up on leads and track leads report weekly
o Assist sales in preparing and delivering sales proposals
· Marketing:
o Work with Vice President of Sales and Marketing in planning association involvement levels and budget levels
o Work with Senior Management on advertising in designing, selecting content and recommending budget allowances
o Participate in and represent Blu SKY in all planned tradeshows, golf tournaments, and promotion events
· General:
o Perform other duties as assigned
o Assist with special projects or assignments
o Meet minimum attendance guidelines as established by Blu SKY
Requirements
Requirements:
· A minimum of three years Business to Business selling experience
· Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
· Presence and experience working in the Northern Colorado region
Location - Northern Colorado region
