Stratus Building Solutions, an award winning leader in the Commercial Cleaning Franchising Industry, is looking for a quality sales executive to accelerate the net revenue growth of our Las Vegas Regional office. Our unique program solves one of the major problems that face facility and property managers today. We are seeking talented individuals who enjoy contributing to a positive team environment.

To qualify for this outstanding opportunity you must have a proven high performance track record in business to business sales, consistently exceeding sales targets. Specific industry experience is a definite plus. Other industry experience that has produced outstanding sales candidates are:

Building Maintenance
Lawn Care / Pest Control
Medical / Pharmaceutical
Property Management / Real Estate

The successful candidates main focus will be to prospect, present, and close new business. We are seeking a hands on, high energy, sales pro, who actively engages both in the office and out in the field, to maximize new revenue generation.
