This position will be required to provide BCBA clinical supervision, will provide group training, both basic and advanced, as well as train individual competencies for a 24 hour education/residential setting. In addition, this position provides and supports PCM training through being a PCM Instructor. Candidate must be highly motivated to work independently, and as a part of a multi-disciplinary team. The ability to provide constructive feedback is essential. Will be required to participate in a rotating clinical on-call system.

PHYSICAL EFFORT:
Requires a full range of body motion including the ability to stand, stoop, kneel, reach, push and pull when responding to student challenging behaviors, eye/hand coordination, and the ability to lift students weighing 50 pounds, using proper body mechanics. Requires repetitive movements of the wrists, hand and/or fingers, the ability to receive and express detailed information through oral communication, visual acuity, and the ability to read and understand written directions.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed in residential patient and classroom student environment. This position has personal contact with children, nursing staff and education personnel.

This position has been evaluated as a Level I in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA definition of Occupational Exposure to bloodborne pathogens).

Level I: Positions in this category are required to perform tasks which involve exposure to blood, potentially infectious body fluids, or hazardous waste.
