Description Role purpose
Outgoing, enthusiastic, self-motivated, willing to learn, being part of a team in Westminster, MD to grow and maintain our customer base in the area of Edgebanding, Acoustic-Ceiling panels and Stone-Veneer.

Key responsibilities
- being the friendly face of Richter and contact person on the phone
- to communicate professionally with customers and prospects to provide exceptional service
in every situation
- to work on your own to achieve target goals
- making daily phone cold phone calls
- making daily phone calls to existing customers
- to learn our products (by heart) and be able to describe features and benefits to customers
and prospects depending on their needs
- to always look for innovative ways to generate customer inquiries
- to maintain accurated and up-to-date client records (Goldmine CRM)

can be down the road full-time

Requirements - experience in telephone sales and cold calling

- a sales and customer service driven personality

- ability to take ownership and to work with little or no supervision at times

- "roll up your sleeves" and get stuck into what ever challenges we might face

- communication skills, both written and verbal
