Collections

Fresno Company seeks an Accounts Receivable Collector.

Will be responsible for:

Answering incoming calls to Accounts Receivable.
Contact past due accounts, with documentation and follow-up notes.
Collect billing information for customers and sales representatives.
Research and correct customer problems (i.e. no statement, duplicate billing, incorrect balance, etc).
Process request for credit card payments.
Prepare adjustment forms as required to correct or credit an account.
Complete other forms as required (waive lates, tally sheets, etc).
Assist with related special projects as assigned.
Make approximately 70 collection calls per day.

This position requires good organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to carry a process through completion.

Requirements

Ideal candidate will have 1+ years experience in credits and collections / accounts receivable. Will train on internal accounting software.
Experience with high Volume Collection Calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Typing 40 wpm.
