Job Description
On-site training position to launch new and future contracts.
Enforce applicable Company policies and standard operating procedures Lead the commitment to and fulfillment of the Organization’s vision, mission and strategic initiatives.
Initiate the development of goals and tactics to accomplish the Company’s strategies.
Create an operational team dedicated to strategically moving the Company to a higher level of performance through development and influence.
Cultivate long-lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships with clients/customers Assist with the implementation and compliance with all Human Resources strategies that characterize and learning and forward thinking organization
Direct responsibility for the preparation of annual operating budgets, budget narratives and all quarterly forecasts Lead, inspire and guide staff in the performance of their duties in a safe, cooperative, team oriented environment Meet and strive to exceed existing and new business gross margin goals
Develop and cultivate management depth at a rate greater than the sales growth rate through development and succession planning initiatives All other duties assigned by the Vice President of Operations
