The position is Technical Support in a commercial Business Line.
 
This is in call center environment, where you will be mostly taking inbound calls and working on a computer. At our ACS Lexington, KY center
Hours of operation are from Sat-Sun 9am-9pm; M-F 7am-12a. This is subject to change based on operation needs.

We are asking for open availability (Including evenings and weekends) Using a computerized system, responds to customer inquiries in a call center environment.

May perform one or more of the following:

Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.

Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.

Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.

Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
Provides functional guidance, training and assistance to lower level staff.

Provides assistance, training and troubleshooting support to lower level staff.

Schedules work to ensures accurate phone coverage; monitors priority of calls and shifts escalated calls to assure resolution to problems.

Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input.

Assists in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Training: 3 weeks in class; 1 week nesting Paid training $9.00 USD AN HOUR,Can earn up to $11.50 through bonuses and incentives Based on Quality Scores and Attendance

After 90 days, Medical Dental & Vision. weeks of PTO. Permanent Positions, after 6 months you can apply for another position (career Advancement)

All other duties as assigned.

Requirements Please ensure you meet the following minimum qualifications:

 • At least 18 years of age
 • Posses a high school diploma or GED
 • Able to type 25 wpm
 • Able to pass a background and drug screen
 • 6 Months Customer Service Experience
