Vice President of Sales
Our client company is one of the top private money managers in the country.
The commissions and incentives they provide to their sales force along with their lead program dwarf all of their competitors.
We have been recruiting for this money manager for over ten years and help candidates in managing the entire process. After placing nearly half of the outside sales force we can help you leverage your current experience into a new and exciting career and opportunity.
Opportunity:
The primary responsibility of this sales role is selling investment management services to high net worth individuals in their private client group. This position is highly entrepreneurial and involves extensive client development, profiling, consultative selling, and client service.
They provide extensive training, a complete benefit package and a very attractive compensation. Sales people make a strong six-figure income first year and substantially more in subsequent years, their top sales people are making a seven figure income.
You will spend the majority of your time utilizing the provided leads within the private client group. Then presenting on the firm's products, strategy, competitive advantage, and ultimately to bring in the assets.
This is a regional role with some travel.

Requirements
Requirements:
Currently selling separate accounts or investment management products to private investors (7-10years + of direct sales experience)
Top producer preferably in a Retail Brokerage position, BDO of Investments, Trust Sales, or Regional Sales Role.
Need to have strong history of success in new business development
Money motivated and professionally aggressive
Proven track record of gathering assets
Self Starter and entrepreneurial
5-7 years of industry experience
65 license preferred
