Market Manager
A growing staffing firm is looking for a strong Market Manager in the Nashville area. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-service focused and results driven. Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, and screening candidates is preferred. Job Description: Market Managers for our company wear many hats. They interview, screen, evaluate, hire, and train employees. They select the best candidate for a particular employer's consideration and appraise an employee’s productivity and efficiency. They are responsible for employee relations, counseling and termination. Market Managers also develop strong relationships with the hiring managers at the client companies they work with in order to provide the best possible ongoing customer service.
Skills/Requirements: Must be able to manage high levels of activity and multiple demands. Previous staffing/recruiting experience is a plus. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are encouraged to apply.
