Description
Title: System Support Analyst/ Tier 2 Support
Our client is looking for a Systems Support Analyst to join the Enterprise Messaging Client Services team. The primary job function will be tier 2 support/administration of an environment supporting e-mail and other messaging related technologies such as Instant Messaging, Web Conferencing, Mobile Devices and more. The ideal candidate will have expert level knowledge of Microsoft Messaging & Collaboration solutions including support of Outlook 2003/2007, Exchange 2007, and Blackberry support experience.
Successful candidate will have experience working in a corporate environment where the team must administer systems to established corporate standards regarding security, audit, and change control processes.
The following are required experience for any prospective candidates:
Exchange 2007 Administration
Outlook 2003/2007
Advanced Troubleshooting
Blackberry Support (Server and Device Troubleshooting Preferred)
Ability to communicate clearly with excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to think critically and effectively translate technical language into non-technical customer friendly language
Self starter with excellent partnering skills and the drive to solve complex problems taking into account a myriad of external factors
Tier 2 or Higher Support Experience with the following applications is preferred but not required:
Lotus Notes
Office Communicator 2007
iPhone
Remedy or similar trouble ticketing system
Rightfax/Biscom Faxing Solution
Must have EAD, Green Card, be a US Citizen or be willing to transfer your visa over to TAC Worldwide Companies.
