Job Description:

We have an opening for a creative director within our Marketing department. The creative director will be responsible for the creative team which includes graphic designers, copywriter, production assistant and other marketing staff. The main functions of this team are to develop and manage the brand, image, campaigns, and collateral (both external and internal) as well as websites and online display campaigns. The successful candidate will lead and facilitate a variety of different creative, design, multimedia, production and marketing responsibilities while staying within the overall strategic vision outlined by company executives.

• Work closely with our Director of Marketing and other marketing professionals to achieve the common goal.

• Develop brand and product awareness; both potential students as well as the general public.

• Work within several mediums; TV, Radio, Print, Yellow Pages and several Online mediums

• Minimum of 6 years of work in creative role

•  BS/BA degree required; graphic design, marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.

•  Ability to work in a fast paced environment 

•  Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously 

•  Proficiency with CS4, Flash, and all other frequently used design software

• Broad based creative and design expertise in a wide variety of media

• Brand and identity management expertise

• Supervisory experience and experience leading a design team a must     Knowledge of communication disciplines including marketing communications, advertising, media and public relations, printed and electronic design, web design, strategy development and project management.
