Chief Operating Officer:
A Northeastern Wisconsin Company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer responsible for the internal day-to-day operations of this growing organization. This includes leading and developing the management team as well as working closely with the President/Owner. Key accountabilities include increasing team work, implementing systems and financial tools to provide the operational statistics and information to effectively manage the business.
Educational Requirements Include
• Bachelor’s Degree in business related field - required
• Business Management Degree - a plus
• Lean Certification or equivalent - a plus
• CPA - a plus
Required Experience
• 4+ years chief operating experience - required
• Experience in implementing organizational systems - required
• Measurement/benchmarking experience - required
• IT management experience - a plus
• Field service management experience - a plus
