Description

Top Notch firm is seeking Professional Legal Information Specialist for its Library. Must have a Masters of Library Science. Must have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a law library or corporate library setting. Successful candidate will have prior experience with legal research, database research and MS Office Suite.

Specific duties include but not limited to:

· Acquisitions, Cataloging, Research, Training, Interlibrary loan, and Serials

· Making presentations to other employees

· Purchasing materials for the library collection

· Receiving/Processing library mail, routing library materials

· Cataloging library materials, coordinating bill payments with accounting

· Responding to patron requests by identifying and locating information to meet their needs

· maintaining library catalog database
