Description Our company, a scrap metal recycling organization, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to join our team.

Duties include:

Manage the operations of a scrap metal recycling facility
Manage and motivate crew
Maintain safety standards
Maintain Environmental standards and compliance
Organize preventative maintenance for both equipment and facility
Must have metals knowledge
Undergo ongoing safety and HAZMAT training

Requirements

5+ years of facility operations management experience, preferably in the metal recycling industry
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have metals knowledge
Must be willing to undergo safety and HAZMAT training
Must be willing and able to travel across the US (up to 25% of the time)
