Pelton & Crane and KaVo North America are premier dental equipment brands made, distributed and serviced from Charlotte, NC to serve the North American market. To support delighting our customer and delivering the strongest professional representation to the market, we are looking to grow the team with a talented, driven individual who can provide leadership to an inside sales team and provide strong administrative and analytical support the VP of Sales.
The right candidate is comfortable in working with a diverse team and an demanding pace. The role requires strong excel, powerpoint, and PC skills, attention to detail, and a bias for results. The right candidate will drive results cross functionally, use data to identify trends, uncover issues and solutions.
This role has the opportunity to work closely with the sales leadership team and to build a new inside sales team.
The ideal candidate will have :
5+ years sales &/or marketing administrative support
1+ years inside sales experience
1+ years supervising/managing others.
This role requies independent judgement and the ability to work with limited direction. Must be proficient and creative in designing presentation. Impeccable grammar and spelling is a must! Must also be comfortable working the data and numbers to understand and trend information.

Requirements
The role will have the following key responsibilities:
Maintain KPI, PD, Sales funnel reports, data and activities.
Maintain Customer correspondence and dealer agreements & dealer contract administration.
Diffuse and resolve sales rep & customer complaints and inquiries.
Hire, supervisor and develop inside sales representatives in support of expanded field sales customer selling time.
Generate reports and use data to populate sales presentation and dealer scorecards.
Input and analyze data from CRM database. Be proficient “super user".
Use CRM data to chart, demonstrate and guide daily and weekly activity; recognize and respond to trends.
Drive communication across the various sales teams, regions, brands to understand performance to various goals. Analyze for trends, correlation with various tracked sales activities.
Manage metrics and supporting presentations, reports and visual management to drive communication.
Develop and execute on standard work for inside sales and sale reporting, presentation, etc.
Expense report reconciliation
Administrative support as needed to sales for travel, event coordination.
Other duties as assigned.
