Region with the lowest turnover
What this means to you: Not only do we have great programs, but our therapists love working with us. Our stable teams here in the upper Midwest mean you can count on your peers and truly look forward to enjoying long-term camaraderie. We make sure you get the mentoring, training and support you need – and the results are people join us and don’t leave.
Best Clinical Outcomes
In our region we host the district with the ultimate clinical outcomes with our patients. Out of 1,100 locations – we make the highest functional impact. We utilize a sophisticated rehab outcome measurement system that helps us quantify the functional gains - Proving that, not only do we have cutting edge programs, but they work.
Best Customer Service
Not only do we provide in-house rehab therapy (into buildings our parent company owns), but we also contract our rehab services to other sites. Thru direct feedback (via an annual survey) from our customers (facility staff), we have achieved the highest satisfaction levels possible. Meaning, even in our contracted sites, our customers are happy.

Join a supportive multidisciplinary team of therapists in this eldercare setting.  Avoid all the congestion of the large city - Freeport is just a short & beautiful drive in the country from Rockford.

Everything in this facility is new – its gorgeous and you have to see it to believe it.  Its not your typical long-term-care-never-go-home styled facility.  This newly built building is located on a retirement campus and offers an enormous amount of potential.  As we build and expand our functional based rehab programs in this new facility, we are looking for an experienced therapist to add to our team.  The facility has all new equipment:  recumbent bike, treadmill, unweight system, combination US/Estim unit and we have more on the way.  There is a solid mix of Med A & B in the caseload with highly functioning patients.  Our on-site rehab coordinator is eager to talk to you about the new programs and our newly formed team.  We are looking for PRN and/or full time therapist.  Call now and I’ll email you photos of the facility and department.
