Restaurant District Managers – Great Opportunity!

Successful and respected restaurant since 1935 is looking for District Managers. Responsibilities include:

Manage financial performance of restaurants (P&L accountability).
Hiring, training, developing and motivating management team.
Monitor district for compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.

Ensure district wide customer satisfaction and product quality

Requirements

The ability to assist in leading and developing a high performing team.
Responsible for 6-8 units.
Proven P&L accountability with the ability to build sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication and computer skills.
Ability to relocate a plus!

Seeking candidates with at least two years of multi-unit management experience in the RESTAURANT industry. Candidates must have high energy, great communication skills and lots of enthusiasm for this industry!
