Our client, in the corporate gift/catalog industry, may be interested in you, IF you have the right background!
You must have a minimum of 3 years in a call center team leader role. You must have experience in a manufacturing/print shop environment. That could include silk screening, embroidery, hot stamping, etc. You must have knowledge of how graphics, colors and processes are used in this industry.
Requirements
This assistant will also help to coordinate all customer service activities within this organization.
This includes:
Reviewing customer requests for service, graphic requirements, production time and shipping requirements. Provide recommendations for corrective services to adjust customer complaints. Assist in determining work procedures, work schedules, and expedites workflow. Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of the team.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing/changing priorities.
