Operators for the Back End Production

Responsibilities:

• Perform manufacturing process tasks according to established work instructions and procedures
• Perform Basic Operator Level Preventive Maintenance on production equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping in work areas in accordance with principles and standards.
• Enter data into computers, and identify and respond to out of control process conditions,   according to established procedures.
• Perform tasks including the movement of parts and materials, including power lift and forklift operation.
• Basic mechanical skills and able to work with cordless equipment, hand tools, solder and assembly components.
• Read, interpret and follow basic written instructions or procedures to accurately run equipment and/or assemble products.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency (e.g., GED). Preference will be given for candidates with a high school diploma with an emphasis on technical prep coursework. 
• Must possess a minimum of 2-5 years related manufacturing experience with a   preference for mechanical assembly or packaging experience
• Must possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal). 
• Basic computer skills are required, (e.g., Excel, Word).
• General Workplace Safety.
• Chemical and Electrical Safety Awareness.
• Clean Room Protocol Awareness. 
• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity required
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Regularly required to sit or stand, bend and reach
