Description The primary purpose of this position is to increase sales and employee productivity in support of company-wide media marketing and information system strategies, in listing and selling real estate. This position plays a key role in supporting media marketing and technology initiatives for the company. Define, design, strategize and communicate new and/or existing websites, web-based programs and applications for both internal and external company initiatives. Evaluate marketing effectiveness to develop new and/or enhance existing marketing strategies for the company. Develop the annual media marketing and technology plans in addition to developing and managing budgets and expenses for the company. Work with branch managers to implement corporate and division initiatives, programs, and product roll-outs.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Degree, or equivalent experience

Experience:

Ten years of related technology, media, and marketing definition, design experience including five years supervisory / management responsibilities

One to two years systems development

Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to manage projects and direct the work of others
Develop marketing, media, and technology plans, budgets, cost controls, vendor negotiations
Strong personal computer skills; proficiency in desktop applications and operating systems
Effective oral and written communication skills
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
