We’ve recently announced two new store concepts that will be opening soon.  A partnership with Wireless Giant will result in our opening Blackberry stores in select airports across the U.S. as well as offering Blackberry products and services within the InMotion Entertainment stores.  SoundBalance stores will fulfill existing need for mobile high-tech while also addressing the burgeoning green movement.  The stores will feature an eco-friendly selection of electronics and accessories.

We are currently seeking a qualified Store Manager for our store located in the Las Vegas Airport who is highly motivated, have a sound knowledge of electronics, goal oriented, enthusiastic and friendly.

Position responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Work very closely with the Regional and Area Managers on the achieving store financial goals.  Demonstrated success at increasing sales and managing controllable expenses.

- Lead the Assistant Managers with their duties including Associate scheduling, coaching and counseling.

- Ensure the store is representing itself according to company standards.

- Train new employees on store operations and performance expectations.

- 3+ years management experience.

- Experience managing a retail store environment.

- Sales experience preferably in the retail industry.

- Demonstrated knowledge of electronics, music and movies.

- Experience overseeing multiple employees in a fast paced environment.

- Some college preferred.

- Computer skills (Microsoft products).

- Must be available to work nights and weekends.
