Description
Organization in West Virginia is seeking a Wellness Center Director.
Responsible for the administrative and daily operations of a growing Wellness Center.
Responsible for supervision of Wellness Center Staff. Serves as role model for all employees in setting professional standards. Assures that membership billing and tracking functions are properly executed.
This position offers an experienced leader the opportunity to drive the strategic direction in the wellness arena. This individual will work closely with corporate and operational leadership to successfully implement processes that will positively impact member’s health and clinical outcomes.
Requirements
Two or more years of successful experience supervising a comparable sized wellness/fitness facility required. Must have masters degree in a health & fitness/wellness related field. Must have current certification from one or more of the following nationally recognized organizations in the health/field industry – ACSM. NSCA, and/or ACE. Current CPR certification required.
