  As a District Manager , you will recruit, train and manage other Managers and agents assisting them in presenting our health and life insurance products to consumers who have responded to our advertising campaigns. We produce thousands of free qualified leads from our direct mail, television and internet advertising campaigns. We will train you about our products and how to sell them. First year earnings, advances, residuals and bonuses can exceed $200,000 a year for District Manager.
